UI Suggestions?

It has been brought to my attention that my UI is horrible...I will admit that it needs some work, but I'm not sure what to try out (I think I only need unit frames and action bars replaced, but I'm not sure...).
So, does anyone have any suggestions as to what to try out? I tried X-Perl already and didn't like it, and I remember trying Pitbull out in the past with mixed feelings. As for action bars, I haven't really tried much. Anyway, I'm open to suggestions!
